with a detection level 1ppm.
Drs. Chirdo , Añón,

of prolamins in food. Food and agriculture immunology.7(4):333.343,1995.
· Authorize free use
the abbreviation and symbol "Sin T.A.C.C." (without
wheat, oats, barley, rye) registered since 1984 and allowed to
be used by the Argentine Food Codex in its Art. 235, so that Argentine
food manufacturers provide an accurate and conscientious description
on the labels.

Gastroenterology, Food Technology, etc.
· Collaborate with
the Ministry of the different Argentine provinces for the fulfillment

HOW DIETARY ADDITIONAL
COSTS ARE COVERED
In Argentina, Health Insurance
doesn't refund additional expenses of gluten-free diets. Nowadays
in some provinces, the government provides gluten free food (such
as bread, cakes, spaghetti, etc.) to coeliacs of low income.
COMMUNION
The Holy Communion in Argentina
takes place through the sacred wine.
